It’s Blue Rock’s mission to exceed your expectations when it comes to installing your ERP software. While the software industry can be known for cutting corners, we believe in taking greater care with such an important aspect of your business. Our process involves devoting good time to both project management and scoping phases, allowing us to build a picture of your business and work with you to determine which key elements are vital to your growth and success. An equal amount of attention is paid to the time spent on user acceptance testing of your system, helping your team to feel comfortable with the new software that will assist them in their day to day job roles and removing the vast majority of post go live issues.
The Blue Rock 4 Step Process ensures every install is a successful one

Business Process Review
Time spent with your company to understand how your business works for you day to day

Project Management
Set correct expectations, manage budgets and help both companies fulfil their project obligations

User Testing
Software is submitted to the users for testing to make sure it matches the original requirements

Advanced Training
All users are fully trained by our software experts to help grow confidence before go live

Asking questions is how people learn. We believe that with one of our experts on hand you’ll get a more in depth training experience, allowing you and your team to ask any and all questions about your new software. If your team are confident with the software, the benefits will be much easier to see and time invested in this part of the installation is never wasted. The training we offer is delivered onsite using your data and your pre-configured (and approved) software system, so you get a feel for the processes you will actually be using and not irrelevant hypothetical situations. The “train the trainer” approach adopted by some software houses can reduce cost but we find it to be less effective than classroom training run by an expert in the product.
Intact iQ is designed to be configurable and flexible; but that doesn’t have to mean bespoke and difficult to work with. Our approach is to default to a best practice solution using standard software and resorting to configured software to address your unique requirements as a way to keep installations as simple as possible and keep costs to a reasonable level. However once live and settled in we encourage the evolution of the system to maximise the benefits to your business.

Our entire installation process is underpinned by detailed and dedicated project management. Regular milestone meetings are held and you will be provided with online portal access to our project management tool (as well as associated documents) so you can track the progress of your project from start to finish.
