LeadForensics
We use software called LeadForensics which can identify the name of some companies based on the IP address used to access our website. The Lead Forensics tracking code is on every page of our website, and provides Blue Rock Systems with the date and time of the user’s visit, as well as the pages visited and the time spent on each page. IP tracking cannot identify an individual and only provides information which is available in the public domain. Contact form
We have a contact form available on our website if you would like to request further information from us. If you fill this out, the details you enter will be sent to us and stored in our CRM. If you enter information into our contact form then we will contact you about your enquiry on the grounds of legitimate interest. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time. We will not share your information with any third-parties.
Portal
To log in to our support system you will need to enter your username and password after following the link provided on our website. This login is controlled by CRM; all login information is encrypted, so no one will be able to view your details. You will then be directed to our support portal, a third-party website which is hosted by Microsoft.
Right to complain
If you are not satisfied with the way we have handled your data then it is your right to lodge a complaint with the ICO.
